I wouldn't work full-time while studying for a major exam like the NCLEX-PN. It just doesn't seem productive since there is a likely chance to put it off because of exhaustion. For me, personally, I know I can't handle full-time work and part-time study. I have to pay attention to one or the other.

If you don't let go of one job, you will loose them all AND you won't pass the NCLEX.

I think it's crazy to put yourself through all that. At least wait until you pass your test before taking on a per diem job in addition to all your other responsibilities.

Thanks everyone Im gona go part time at the nursing home and stay on call at the hospital and just.study hard.......I want to keep both doors open.so when im licensed I can.go either way
