Hello to anyone reading this!

I did not see that a thread was posted yet for FSW Summer 2017 ASN enrollment. Applications just recently started being accepted so I thought I would create a page for people to talk/ discuss the program.

Congrats everyone! I got my email today as well. I applied for Lee but Charlotte was my 2nd choice and my email came from the instructional assistant at the Charlotte campus... so I'm not completely sure which campus I'm accepted into but I'm happy none the less :woot:

I applied for the Lee campus since it's the closest to my house

It says in the body of the email that the ANEW program will only be based out of the Lee campus this year so I think everyone that gets in is going to Lee

I am having trouble signing up to do my fingerprints. Did you give payment first without choosing the location? I contacted CB and they said we receive a packet in the mail first after we give the payment, then we take it to get our fingerprints. Is this the way you guys did it?

Yes! I called for clarification, I guess there was not enough interest from the other campuses so LEE was the top choice! I'm so excited!

I'm not sure how it works. Once you purchase the package it gives you some instructions though. I just need to read it

Hi!

I signed up for the fingerprinting and all you need to bring is valid ID and the confirmation paper. I will be going tomorrow morning so I will let you guys know. :)

Yep! ID and the confirmation. If you have it on your phone they can do your fingerprints with that also. (Did mine this morning). For Lab Corp (Drug Test) I think you need the actual printout.

Hey,

Does anyone know where to buy the FSW Nursing uniform for the 2017 ASN, ANEW (summer) program? I believe the shoes have to be white, but could I use white running shoes? Also, do we need a stethoscope right away? I would like to buy the electronic version, but these are $500.00 each. Ouch. Thanks.
