FSCJ Summer 2017 Hopefuls

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I wanted to create a new thread for Summer 2017 hopefuls (it seems far away, but it will be here before we know it).

I am very excited to start this journey, but I have to finish a few more prereqs. I am wanting to buy a HESI A2 study book, but I am not sure which one to go with. Does anyone have any suggestions? I saw on one thread where a lady swore by Elsevier, but I want to make sure that is a good one before I buy it. Thanks in advance.

Got another email saying the Orientation date was wrong. Its on April 7th not 17th

Hello eveyone. Im also waiting if I got accepted or not, I have a total points of 209, I've been following the thread and so far the minimum points I've seen that got accepted is a 220, anyone else got accepted with a total points lower done that? I've probably checked my email 30 times today. Lol

I've also not heard anything and have 233 points.

When I called them about an hour ago, all they were able to say is they are still working on them.

Thanks for letting us know. I've been checking my email all day and still nothing yet.

Me too! Refreshing my e-mail almost every hour and even after 5pm when they are closed! Lol

Cutoff for fscj nursing summer 2017 was 221, unfortunately I had 217.8.

I got accepted for days!!!! I'm not sure what my points were tho

Well I was denied and I don't have time to take off work to go to their information meeting. Oh well. Good job guys. Can't believe the points were so high this time.

How do you know you got days ?

I was denied as well. Who are you all contacting to find out your points? Or more information as to why we were denied? I plan to retake some of the science courses like chemistry and human growth to up my points. I've been out of school for a while now! I thought i could get by with B's and a hesi score of 77%. Hopefully i get in the fall!

Well I only applied for days, I didn't even put evenings down on my application so I'm assuming they go with what you applied for.
