FSCJ Fall 2021 Hopeful

Just about to start A&P 2 & Microbiology - my last two pre-reqs to apply for the RN program at Florida State College at Jacksonville in Fall.  I have my HESI Study Book, and plan to get ready for that too!  Anyone else?

I am applying for Fall 2021! Completed everything last fall but currently, 7 months pregnant and was unable to apply for Summer 2021.  Have you taken your HESI?  I completed my back in Jan. My total points are sitting at 140.15- hoping it is enough!

Im applying to ADN traditional and bridge. Scored a 90 on HESI. I have 138 points. =/ I saw last Spring they took 134-155. Hopefully I make the cute!

Hey! I just took my HESI this week. My current score is 133. How do you know they took applicants with 134+ points for the FSCJ program? Now I’m feeling really discouraged ?

That was the cut off for Spring 21. Read it in their group forum on here. Summer 21 was 156.5 -137.3

It’s so comforting to see people in the same boat! I’m just waiting on my grades from this semester to be finalized and then I’m hitting submit on my application. My point total is 140.31! I’m really nervous!

Just took the HESI exam today. My current points are at 139.14. Hopeful that everyone will receive their well deserved seats in the program.

Don’t feel discouraged. Each term’s cut off points is based on the pool of applicants. It’s very possible that the cut off could be lower for this semester. Just keep faith.

I received a very generic email stating that they had received my application. I’m just so excited and nervous.

They don’t confirm your point value with you. They send an email confirming your application and then you won’t hear from them again until 4-6 weeks after the deadline with a decision. If you’re missing something they’ll reach out beforehand. But for the most part it’s just waiting LOL They don’t find out the point cut off until after the deadline when they’ve had the chance to review all applicants.
