My supervisor changed my sick time to annual. He completely re-filled out my tIme sheet. One of the days was "a hazardous driving day" but I had diarrhea and nausea, almost threw up. I also have severe chronic neck and shoulder pain and my doc put me on flexeril told me to go home and rest. I even had a note for that day. I never get a lunch break. There is just no time no time. I am so tired and frustrated. However, these emotioncons are super cool.....

Seems like something you should handle through HR. Remember to bring your supporting paperwork, too. Good luck!

How many days have you been sick? If you have nausea, vomiting, and chronic pain very often you might want to learn how to cope with those issues while also working. If you find that your health issues and your job don't quite mesh maybe you should start looking into alternative employment.
If you find that it'll be impossible for you to maintain an acceptable attendance record, you might consider resigning before you're fired. That will look better on your resume for jobs that have more flexible hours and PTO.
