Frustrated with Pittsburgh nursing facility

I'm currently looking for a new job but for now I'm stuck at a facility that brags about their new renovations and upgrades that they have spent money on in order to meet strict requirements to be able to accommodate patients who have a higher acuity level. Sure they added a few rooms and remodeled a little bit but nothing else has changed we are still understaffed causing errors left and right that somehow get swept under the rug not to mention the patient's who ultimately suffer in the end. We have patients with wounds who deserve a certified wound care nurse but she was let go and the position was done away with. One nurse for 25 patients is ridiculous and when we tell management how unsafe current working conditions are we hear the same old excuse " the work gets done" and no we will not give you extra help, because it's not justifiable. I've said in another post that they post staff number daily for the public but I looked at it today and it includes people who aren't even working today. I just wish I knew exactly who I could report them to for being so dishonest. Any suggestions?

If they are being dishonest in the PPD/ staffing level, that might be reportable. Is there a corporate compliance line? Sometimes it is a losing battle.
