Frontier Nursing University- hoping for acceptance into class 173. who else?

I've applied to Gonzaga University and Frontier Nursing University. If I can choose I will go to FNU but will be happy to go to either one. anyone else waiting for a reponse?

I don't know anything about the other school but I think you made a good choice!

NrsRach: I originally applied for class 173 and was waitlisted for 175. I was accepted to the Combo 175 class with Bound on June 18-21 and classes start July 9th. Like you, I emailed a few weeks ago asking about waitlist status but she responded saying she isn't able to tell me any information or what number I was on the waitlist. All she could tell me is that I'm still on the waitlist and if I'm accepted/ denied I'll get an email saying so. If I remain on the waitlist, I won't hear anything and that waitlist status will rollover to the next semester. It is very hard waiting but stay hopeful! All 4 of the midwives I work with went to FNU and 2 of them were waitlisted and got in! The email I received said I had to make a decision by 4/15 so hopefully you'll find out before or shortly after that date!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Hey jlynn thank you for the info- it is so helpful! I really appreciate you responding and the words of encouragement. I've been looking at other schools incase I don't end up getting accepted and the more I look into other schools the more I want to go to Frontier. haha! anyways, I will keep you posted! congrats again on getting in!

I finally received my acceptance letter to FNU class 173!! I'm soo excited!! I started a facebook page for Frontier Nursing University class 173.

They send out acceptances 6-8 weeks prior to the Frontier Bound date you chose. So I would say, right around the middle to end of June given the August 13 Bound date.

I have applied to class 177. I was just wondering what type of GPA's and experience you guys that were accepted have? I was an LPN for 3 years and have been an RN for 1.

This may sound silly but how do you know which class you applied for? I applied for the CNM fall term and was waitlisted.

I had a 3.5 GPA and have been an Labor and Delivery RN for 3 years
