Frontier Nursing University FNP Class 139

Hi, Is there anyone out there who has applied to the FNP program for Frontier Bound in June? Looking for potential classmates and support while waiting to see if we're accepted. Good luck everyone!

Maybe tomorrow?! This waiting wearing me out. I think as nurses, we tend to be very organized, hard workers, and planners. It's killing me to just sit and wait and wait and wait. I want to know if I've gotten accepted so I can move ahead with orientation material, buying books, financial aid, planning the future, etc.... :whistling:

It will probably be tomorrow. I won't be able to check my email tomorrow as I will be taking students to clinical. May have to check in on a bathroom break.

Wow. I didn't realize all that needed to be done before! I just transferred my application to the next class, 140 because of my son's rescheduled graduation! !! Now I need to find another group to suffer with!!!

I have a question for the group... If we don't get accepted, can we reapply for another class?

Just thinking...if someone doesn't get accepted, will they be notified as well? Hopefully all on the same day?!

In my research, I was unable to find someone who just flat out did not get accepted with the exception of two or three who's nursing degree was not from a properly accredited school. Most of what I've found is waitlisted and then later accepted into the following class. So I'm not sure if you actually have to apply again or if they automatically put in the running for the next class? Hopefully no one here has to find out!

Yeah, they get notified, but I think I've read that it isn't always the same day.

I've also read where some people have been wait listed and then given the option to change their application to another class. Of course this is all from memory and could be wrong.

l/dmom, I'm sorry that your wait is extended, but we actually have some 140 people in here already.

Unfortunately, I know 2 people personally who did not get accepted. They were both in the RN program with me and were good students. Makes me kinda nervous.
