From the Philippines to the UK. Best agency?

Hi goodmorning! Im a filipino nurse, and I want to work in UK. what's the best agency should I go for?

Since January 16, the "problem" is not the agency, as necessary is to pass IELTS Exam,academic modul, with minimum 7.5(or 7.0 I'm not sure, you can search on http://www.nmc.org.uk )

The most popular agencies in the ph are Omanfil and IPAMS..in my opinion that is. Most of the nurses I have worked with who r now ukrn's were under those agencies. Also Razvannus has a point..it's a matter of how fast you work on the requirements and how well u do on the series of exams :-)
