From Assisted/Independent Living to Skilled

I am 8 months out of PN school. I got my first job in a ALF which I found to be simple, just insulins and accuchecks few meds, and some charting night shift. I had no exposure to trachs, gtubes, dressings, or assessments.

I just got a job offer same shift in a Skilled facility where I would be exposed to alot more. I am terrified, its alot more money which I desperately need but I don't know how to settle my nerves. Has anybody else gone through this same anxiety? I was told that I would be doing a few assessments at night which scares me since I've never actually done one at work before.
