Friday!

Normal day here. Finishing up from screenings (first year learning the ropes... maaaaaaybe waited a little too long on those). Students aren't too bad today. ::knock on wood:: But I am sending a lot home.

Counting down for that long weekend though!

Normal school day here....AND we have an inservice day on Monday, so while the kids get a long weekend..I have to work! That seems somehow unfair!

Working tomorrow at my HH job, off Sunday and Monday.

But, I have to go to the wake.

Since taking this job, that awful "Friday" song by Rebecca Black gets stuck in my head at the end of every week. No reason other than the fact that I repeatedly calm myself with a "it's Friday" chant all day long. I'm super excited for next week as we have off Monday and Friday the kids aren't here for an in-service day. Yay team!

We have awards assembly this afternoon, grandparents always come to this. I just double checked the AED. Is that paranoid or what?

Grandparents have left the building and AED did not have to make an appearance!!

Boy who pooped himself on purpose earlier this week came back with poop and was screaming at Dean of Students and was playing around in office. Oh hell no. I get out in 18 minutes.

lol hey now! I did get the pedi and paid extra for the extra long massage, it was heavenly.

Ug, just had 4 fifth graders fighting in the locker room. One got punched and his nose bled for 15 minutes. He will likely have a black eye tomorrow.
