Fresno City College (FCC) - Fall 2025/Spring 2026 RN program

I recently applied to FCC's nursing program but I'm just confused on the selection process. I see/hear a lot of conflicting information about how they actually go about it. even the website kind of confused me. do they do 100% lottery system or points based & lottery? if anyone knows it would really help me out. I took my TEAS really late (Jan 11) so im kinda only left with community colleges this cycle.

No idea I've been waiting on the email and I'm trying not to get antsy im part of the Spring cohort but I was told different things from people but the most I've heard is that depending on the cohort depends on when you get the email but then I heard someone who got accepted to the Spring cohort. Got it a week later so I'm really confused myself.

Same here. I spoke with someone last week and they said since it was Spring break they wouldn't be sending out emails about orientation yet since the office was closed. I'm all nerves & excitement so I just keep checking my email constantly 😅

Me too, I'm doing the same thing you're doing! What cohort did you get accepted to?

I just received a call from Fresno City regarding getting accepting to Fall 2025 nursing cohort. She did mention they are still working to finalize everything before they sent out the orientation date and it shouldn't pass 6/2. I was an alternate but now has been selecting for fall 2025. Praise God! :)
