It's not about grades. It's clinical. If you have a target on you, you won't make it. I've seen some get away with mistakes that others would be dissmissed for. We'll see if I make it, it will all be over in 3 weeks.

What do you mean by a target? Do you mean staff who reports students to the school for mistakes they make in clinicals? So they get dropped?

Yes, we're talking about FCC.

I'm actually in the program in 3rd semester and haven't heard of any students being dropped due to clinicals 🤔

Ha must be nice. I'm at Merced college ADN and 7 have been dropped from original 47 because of clinical, and more will be cut this week. I know I'm next. I've worked so hard and they're being so nit picky about my AM reports and nuances of my "flow" in med passes.

My mistake; I thought we were both talking about FCC. You're at Merced? They can drop you because they don't like the way you give reports or pass meds? Wow.

Yes. But I have amazing news! I was taken off probation today, told I was doing well and to keep it up for next 2 weeks and I'll pass clinical. OMG! Now to study my behind off. I have a 71.99 and need a 75 to pass. I was so depressed about clinicals I didn't study much for last 2 exams. But now I have a chance!!

I spoke too soon. I was dropped today. I will be repeating 3rd semester.
