For everyone who has a "complete" next to their application status, can you please type down the first letter of your last name? And when did you turn in your application? I'm wondering why mine is blank and if it is in alphabetical order.

I’ve always remember it saying eligible not complete to be in the lottery. Because it’ll say ineligible
