Starting a thread for applicants in 2021 year.

Yeah that's true. Our dean is a Harvard grad so I'm sure she thought it was the most effective way to sort through applications.

One person even commented that they reached out to them to send a different paper to verify the TEAS score. Merced college would've disqualified. Merced disqualified like 5 people (that I know of) for using school emails instead of personal emails.....

Later in early April, she received an email that she was selected as Alternate.. so it's possible they may do the nursing program the same way this year. Those that are unselected, keep your eyes out for emails to your student email just in case. Best of luck to those still in the race.

Hope this is true. Odds are it won’t be me though xD. Not sure if that is a random draw or they start going by GPA and scores.

My question is those of us that are Unselected, are we from the Preliminary Lotto or have they already thoroughly reviewed all the Selected from the Preliminary lotto and reconducted another/final lotto and we are from the final lotto. .. Also the "lotto has not been conducted yet" note disappeared and reappeared.. Who knows..

It’s hard to say. I still have no lotto tab and my evaluation status is pending

That’s what I was curious about. If they went through all the 220 people and found some that were ineligible, would they do another lottery and include the unselected? I’m wanting to email her but I don’t have her email. 

 

I was complete/pending before I logged on Wednesday at 1:30ish and then saw I was complete/eligible but lottery tab is unselected. Now what I’m seeing on the page is lottery has not been conducted. So odd ugh

I just noticed in mine that it says “the Lottery has not been conducted yet” , it had gone away but its back now

That could possibly be why results aren’t posted and many of us are still pending.

Mine went from “thanks for applying and contact Mrs. H and check dates for next year” to “Lottery hasn’t been conducted yet” as well.

Maybe they’re redrawing people randomly to replace the ineligible people that were selected?
