I know this is premature, but- I just spent my first shift in ED last night on the floor

(LTC and M/S RN previously)...

WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!

I DO feel somewhat like a new grad, but it is nice to have a change and be excited about it :-)

Im glad that you love your ED. I also transferred to our level 1 ED for a residency program two weeks ago and I am loving the fact that I am learning so much.
