Frequent Flyers and Calls to parents.

Just curious SN people.......Do you ever call parents of frequent flyers to alert them that their Little Darling is always in the clinic, or do you just address it with the teacher.

The FF's are wearing me out !! No real illness or injury either. Ugh !!

I call and let the parent know of the frequent visits. Then I ask is there any medical issues I need to be made aware of or if the child is complaining of the same symptoms at home. I sometimes explain that kids come to clinic to avoid certain subjects in school or issues with peers. Then I let them know I will be sending there child right back to class unless I see vomit or child has a fever. Parents are usually in agreement.
