Do you send home a FF letter when a student hits a certain number of visits in your clinic ? At what point do you send the letter home ?
Thanks to all for your input !

Most parents know by now if their child is a FF bc I have started to call them on every visit by now. I think most would think that it is my job and don't complain. I would get a better response by calling and saying Johnny Bunny has come in 3 times this week with the same complaint or diff complaint, do you think he's needing attention or wanting out of class? I then get to hear a more detailed personal feedback. I think the parents I have this year would get offended by a FF letter. I wonder if it works though bc the phone calls slow them down at first but they grad pick back up. Smile.
