Course Description
Meaningful Use of EHRs: First Steps to Improved Patient Outcomes helps clinicians quickly understand and learn how to structure an EHR system to achieve meaningful use. The self-paced curriculum is composed of two courses available for a combined total of up to 3 CME credits, and helps doctors and nurses:

*Distinguish what aspects of your practice will require digital adaptation
*Explain what metrics are needed to achieve meaningful use
Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians and registered nurses involved in the implementation of EHRs in a clinical practice setting. It is also applicable to:
*Clinicians from small-to-medium sized medical practices
*Physicians and nurses who have Medicare or Medicaid in their practice
*Medical professionals interested in learning about meaningful use
*Clinicians seeking to earn continuing medical education credits
