Each person is different and it depends on what they retained from school. And how they use the information.
There are those that did not do one question due to illness or something, wrote the exam, and passed. There are those that did questions every night for six months and did not pass.
Each person learns at different levels so you need to find what works for most, and that is why my program was designed the way that it was. Originally the first was just required for those that did not pass the first time, or for foreign students, then I found that it helped everyone. So it is now a requirement for all that do my program.

I am facing my first comprehensive exam in RN school. I'm looking for a free fundamentals nclex review other than the questions I have already answered in my current textbook. Any suggestions?
