Frameworks for assessment.

I have a question that I'm having trouble answering.

I need to describe selected frameworks that can be used to guide the health assessment process.

The frameworks are head to toe framework, body systems framework and functional health assessment. I'm okay with the body systems framework and functional health assessment, but how would I describe the head to toe assessment. All I have is that it is commonly used in ED (emergency department) setting.

Thanks :uhoh3:

Do a search on Dorothea Orem and her Self Care Deficit Theory .... this might be helpful for head to toe assessment. It is rather involved, but if you need a theorist framework, this might be one. Good luck.
