Fortis Institute Nashville August 6th Class

Well today was a long day. We got our schedules. Classes are three Full days a week with clinicals on one of the others day.Books are huge. All of the staff was very straightforward. Expections were explained. They had all of our heads swimming. We were assigned homework already. Also was told today was the only day we would ever get out early so enjoy it. Everything from checking in to fin. aidf was smooth. We are in street clothes for the next two weeks. Then we are in uniforms. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I will try to answer what i learn as we go along.

Hello All
I am Kia. I am super excited and Nervous about starting class on Tuesday. Monday is orientation. I just found out today that a really good friend of my cousin's will be in this class. I am looking forward to meeting her and the ret of my classmates. I know that this next 15 months will be trying and tiresome at times but in the end I will be a RN. I will update this thread Monday after orientation. I hope that this helps some others that are considering this route.

Hi my name is Mary, I was thinking about enrolling in Fortis, I was just wondering how things were going, do you think I would be able to work full time and enroll in school there. I currently work three 12hr shifts a week. Do you like the school? Im meeting with someone this week from fortis, to get information. Thanks!!
