Forgot to pull curtain..did i fail???

okay i took my CNA test today and i had to do perineal care on a female (mannequin)...i did everything according to the steps BUT i forgot to pull the curtain for privacy....does anyone know how many points they take off for things like that????

Is it an automatic fail if I forgot to write cc/ml after my urine output recording?
