forgot the date of the nclex exam..help

hi i would like to ask if how could i verify the date when i took my nclex exam...the nclex pass letter notification does not contain the date of the exam and it is needed in the vermont application form.. i just wanted to make it sure before i filled-up this form..thanks

I got an email from Pearsonvue...confirming my test date. Did you? go back and check those. good luck

sad to say i already deleted the file...would it be best if i send an email to them

can you log into your account with them? When I get on my account online, it shows my test date. Go to their site and find out how to contact them if you can't access your account. good luck
