So I've been going through a divorce and I moved temporarily and didn't think to change my address and now BON is investigating me. I'm still on the deed to the marital home so I thought it would be fine. Am I going to lose my license?

Why do they investigate? What is there to investigate re:address? How did it come out? I am pretty sure more details is needed to understand it?

What are they investigating exactly?

So it shows that my ex reported me saying I moved without telling them. I have a voicemail mentioning him from the investigator.

They are saying I failed to report I moved in 2024 within 10 days.

background is my soon to be ex has been trying anything to get me to lose my daughter. Says I wouldn't be anything without him so have been reporting me to everyone with no luck. My concern is I didn't think I would need to update it as we aren't divorced yet I still have access to the mailbox and my name is still on the deed. When I call BON line they say just change your address it's no big deal but the letter says I need to respond to them and my work has to submit all my hire paperwork I feel like I'm going to get fired bc they don't want to deal with this stuff.

I'm worried I'll lose my license for not updating it when I got a new place but my soon to be ex has been putting me through the ringer just because he can even though I literally gave him everything.

Just go to the website and change your address.  Hire an attorney and tell your ex to stop trying to cause trouble for you.
