forged Dr notes

Just caught a parent handing in two forged dr notes..Seriously??? white out previous dates and write in new dates, and photocopy a new one...who does that??

confirmed with MD office after I faxed them over..parent told the MD office, "oh well"

And we wonder why her kid is such a sneak with lying to teachers about being in my office when he is walking around avoiding class???

That reminds me of several immunizations given on Holidays, 1/1/14 and 12/25/14, lol. Yeah right!
