Hello to all members. I'm a new user to this website, hope I can can a get good welcome here :)

Anyways, my fiancee is coming here to the US with a fiancé visa and right now she is currently studying to take the RN CA NCLEX. If she is not a citizen here, what are the requirements for her to take the exam or is there other options?

There is no CA NCLEX. The NCLEX is a national exam. You cannot just take the NCLEX. You must apply for a nursing license by examination as an internationally educated nurse and submit your credentials for review. The requirements and procedures to apply for a nursing license on the BoN website. Once the BoN determines eligibility a candidate can register with Pearson Vue to schedule the NCLEX but not before. Credential assessments take a few months. Depending on where your fiancée went to school there may be issues with her credentials. In addition she cannot apply to CABRN without a valid SSN, which she cannot obtain until the fiancée visa is approved and processed. CA like many other states will not consider a professional licensing application without a valid SSN.

The other options are to choose a different career. Consider other states to live and work. Take a vacation. I'm not sure what "other options" you were seeking. ;)
