Foreign nurse needs help with process

Am a foreign educated nurse and am currently doing my visa screening process. I did my ces report last year with josef sylny and associates but am applying for my visa screening with cgfns.Do I need to contact my college for my diploma transcript or jsa will send it directly to cgfns?Kindly advise

You must contact your college directly to request that your diploma transcript be sent to CGFNS. Josef Silny & Associates (JSA) typically only handle the Credential Evaluation Service (CES) reports and may not forward transcripts for visa screening purposes.

Make sure it's an official transcript.
