Hi i just wanna share how hard it is to find a job being a foreign graduate specially when you lag behind a yearor two fulfilling all the requirements by the board. I gotmy license after two years of arrival to CA. Had to do pre- req courses and additional courses after my credential evaluation. Now neither i can apply as a new graduate northe experience works coz most of the institution look for the experience in US. If anyone was or are in my same situation can you please help me share ideas. It would be highly appreciated.thanks

Sorry to break it to you but it's hard for new graduates educated in the states as well. It's way too competitive, you have several more disadvantages. Your best bet are networking and making strong connections. Maybe consider sub acute care or snf nursing?
By the way check out the international forums. You'll probably get more responses there as it is a common issue for graduates from the Philippines.
