Foreign experience

Been looking for a job for almost 2 years now since i moved here in California in 2011. No one seems to be interested as most hospitals asked for local experience!! I have been working as a NICU nurse for almost 10 years in the UK..now so difficult to have that job...help please...

The California market is very tough. Why don't you branch out a little to neighboring states?
