Foreign educated nurse application enquiry

Hi all. This is Nisha. I've completed BSc Nursing and MSc Nursing from India. This is my first time applying for NCLEX-RN exam in US. I'm interested in applying to Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. How should I start the application process and what type of application am I eligible for? What are documents required for a foreign educated nurse? Thanks!!

Look on the BON website, I think they require CGFNS exam so may want to apply to another state and then endorse as regardless you will have to do NCLEX
