For 1 year experience, do you count the months or days for it to be a year??

Published

I worked from November 2006 to December 2006 in my first job but I left..Then in January 2007 to June 2007, I worked at another place..I did not like it there also so I left..And from August 2007 to now January 2008, I am working at home health...Was wondering, is this one year experience? Sometimes I count the days rather then the months working..

You have two years.

I count from the month I was hired until the final month that I worked or when I resigned (whether or not I worked during that particular month). I do this because it is not my fault that my employers do not have me working 22 or 30 days out of a month. If I counted direct days or shifts, and kept track of them, it would look as if I have little experience at all, and that is definitely not the case.

Lord, I can't think today. :trout:

You have ONE year. I'm thinking that this is December 2008.

Doh!

It goes by date, Dunno.

You actually worked 12 months so I'd say one year.
