I found this site a few months ago and have posted from time to time but read here daily. I've posted quite a few post regarding my frustration and doubt about choosing nursing as a proffesion. I've been a nurse for two years and have changed jobs four times...I'm on my fourth job now...I just wanted to say to anyone who has posted similar posts as I have to hang in there! I really love my new job! It just feels "right". I feel much more confident and dont dread going to work everyday. I never thought I would say that but its true. So please know...there is a place for each of us out there...it just takes sometime and searching to find it! Thanks so much for all of the support from everyone that replied and gave words of encouragement! Hopefully everyone else will find a way and place to be happy! I have been in L&D since graduation...first in a large LDR then in a LDRP...then the health dept....and now back to another LDRP...this one is run much better, more organized and a great bunch of people. If I hadn't changed jobs I never would have ended up here. I didnt think I would like a small rural hospital but its great! So for all of you job hoppers it has its advantages!! You just might find the right place!
