I was recently accepted to a 2nd-degree joint BSN/MSN program and start in May. The Master's portion allows students to pick from a variety of specialties (both NP & CNS). I am currently interested in and exploring the role of the Family Nurse Practitioner. While I know FNPs work in a variety of settings, I learned of a relatively new one: retail/franchise clinics, such as MinuteClinic. I was wondering if anyone either works in one of these facilities or knows anything about salary/benefits. I'm just curious if this could be an option in the future... Thanks!
