FNP positions in Germany

Anyone have experience with the GS process? If so, how many years experience did you have when you applied?

I do but not as a NP. I was prior military which gives you extra points and I had 20 years experience, 9 in the area I was applying for. Obviously it's easier to get a job if you're willing to relocate.
