FNP - PMHNP required vaccinations

Hello. I was wondering if most clinics or other work sites that FNP's work at require vaccinations. Do the doctors even ask for them upon hire? Same question with PMHNP's.......Any vaccinations required?

I've asked several of the NPS I work with here in Nevada. Proof of vac required or proof of titers. All three hospitals systems required flu shot or mask. Like a previous poster stated, it's easy to have your titers drawn. I lost my original docs long ago and had titers drawn.
