Hello! I was wondering if any FIU NP students could give me some insight! I've been accepted into UM and FIU's FNP programs. Due to cost, FIUs program is looking like the better option, but my only concern is that the school does not select preceptors for you and UM does. Have you FIU students had a difficult time finding preceptors? If so, would you say it is worth the extra cost to go to UM? Thanks for the replies!

Good morning!
I finished UM in 2018 , my advise : yes is more expensive ,but remember that you will have what you had paid for ; UM is worthy ,is only one year or one year and half ,so you will start having a good salary earlier ,you will finish well prepared and you won't have to look for the clinical rotations ,they will do it for you , and you can choose the specialties of your preference, additionally they have a board pass rate of 100%, and they started in 2017 one of the best state of the art Hospital simulation that looks "cool", seriously. The faculty is nice and supportive.
Thanks
