I have many years of nursing experience and not one day of paid practitioner work. I am negotiating or beginning the process. How much should I ask for. The physician has asked me to make the first move as far as an offer. I need to come up with a nurmber. Help me get paid please.

Where do you live ? Your region will more than likely dictate your salary. You also need to decide on either a salary or an hourly amount. Do you have any classmates to talk to ?
