Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW) NURSING - 2022

I know this is way far in advance but I am taking my perquisites online in hopes to apply for the FSW nursing program sometime in 2022. I spoke to my advisor and he told me that they are changing the point system for admission to program in the Spring. Does anyone have anymore info about this? I just don't want to miss anything.

Congrats y’all! I also got in , I picked to do my interview on Thursday and the math writing tests on Friday 8th.   I’m nervous about the math part but I’m going to practice on khan academy for fractions and stuff. Which programs did you guys pick for your #1? I did Charlotte ANEW

Awesome. Congrats. My # 1 is collier traditional. I really hope I get it

Congrats! I have also been reviewing fractions and decimals with Khan academy.

I picked Lee traditional as my #1. I live near downtown so I picked Charlotte traditional as my #2. The traffic to get to Naples from my house is rough LOL

Oh awesome. What classes have you already done? I haven’t finished my prerequisites so I’m wondering what everyone has done that is moving to interview

I am in Microbio now  which didn’t count for the application and have finished all other prerequisites.

Study 5th grade math on Youtube. On the fsw website it says to study percentages, decimals, and fractions. All basic math. Multiply, divide, subtract, add

I did the interview and the tests last week , weren’t too bad ! Definitely brush up on word style math problems and rounding decimals / dividing and multiplying fractions. The interview was very laid back.

Oh that’s good to know. I have my interview tomorrow and I’m so nervous. I hope I do good ?
