I'm working on my BSN currently. I have one semester left.I'll have to give that a try. I didn't think HR would give out that kind of information, but they may. It's worth a try.
You may well be in for a shock! But keep in mind cost of living, lounging on gorgeous beaches almost all year round as well as outdoor activities. Good luck!

I currently work as an RN in Washington State at a hospital with a union. I have good benefits and make a good hourly wage. I am interested in moving to the Gulf Breeze area, and am trying to ascertain what a med surg RN (with one year experience) might expect to earn per hour working night shift. I currently get an extra 15 percent per hour because I work per diem and I was wondering if hospitals in that area offer the same.
I appreciate all input.
Thank you very much.
