Usf summer 2016

I havent seen a thread started yet for University of South Florida's summer '16 entry to the program and I thought I would start one, since the application deadline is only about 2 months away. I'm really nervous about getting in especially since they just replaced the essay with an interview. I'm looking forward to talking to other applicants while these next 2.5 months drag by.

I thought I saw somewhere that interviews would be March 21-23 but I got an email from USF saying that the college of nursing would have their decisions "on or around March 18" so either interviews sooner or they will pretty much know the day interviews end. Either way it looks like after all the waiting things are on warp speed now...........

I think they will decide who gets interviews on that day

Hi, I go to a community college in Orlando and USF is my first choice for nursing. I plan to transfer and apply for the nursing program fall 2016. The application doesn't open until April but it says that the interviews take place in March. Since I've declared my major as Pre-nursing and they already have my GPA and grades for my prerequisites that I've already taken will they contact me if I get selected for an interview or is there something else I have to do? It's kind of confusing on the website. Thanks!

The application deadline for summer already closed so I don't think you would get an interview for summer. Did you apply for the summer application? If not you would have to wait till the fall application opens.

The March interview you see on the website is for summer. Fall application opens in April and Fall interviews aren't listed yet. Good luck when you apply :)

Oh I was saying that I'm applying for Fall 2016 but now I understand that they haven't posted the dates for the fall applicant interviews. Thanks though!

Orientation is April 15th so we will have to know of we are accepted by then. But that seems forever away!
