Hillsborough Community College Fall 2009

I contacted the teacher for the nights for the Plant City program. She said to prepare for class read the first ten chapters of Potter and Perry.

WOW that's a lot of chapters to read! Crews just told us to watch the mosby dvd's and read three chapters from p&p. so far the chapters are long and a bit on the boring side.

Boring yes I tried reading the first chapter last night and I kept falling a sleep in the process.

i downloaded the book on my laptop which makes it easier to highlight and read in bed. but reading in bed can be detrimental. right now i am trying to read but instead I keep checking my email and sometimes even shopping online. whoa. YAWN!!! I wish someone could read it to me. I read the first chapter and believe it or not it is more exciting than some others. I so hope it gets more interesting. I wish there was a protagonist or a fight scene. YAWN. YAWN I SAY!!!

Hi, purplestang...im gonna start nursing next semester at DM campus (January 2010) (morning session). I want to know who is the best instructor at that campus. This semester two of my friends had to drop the programm because of the instructor. Who do you recommend me to take?

Hi! I'm not Purplestang, but I am in my first semester on the dale mabry campus...as far as which instructor, if you are set on wanting the morning session, you don't have a choice. There is one teacher for the morning and one for the afternoon...I have a few opinions but I'd rather not post them on here. If you want to message me I will give them! :)

Does HCC accept by the order that the applications come in? Or do they review them all at the end of the deadline? I'm debating whether to turn my application in now for the Fall of next year or waiting for the end of the semester so my grades from this semester will be included.

Also, how long did everyone wait to get into the nursing program after applying?

Hi, Nursing student 09, i think they review all the applications and select the students by the higher GPAs. U will need to finish all your pre-req before applying to the program, otherwise your application will not be considered eligible.
