Florida nurse moving to Colorado

Hello! My family and I are relocating from Florida to Denver, Colorado during the last two weeks of May. How is the job market there? Should I be able to get a job before moving? Also, I am already in the process of transferring my license there. Thanks in advance!

Actually you don't transfer your license, you get another one, thus you are licensed to practice in both states!
