1.5 years step down/ Med surg and charge nurse experience
1 year MICU and 1 year CCU and preceptor

I'm not 100% sure about my exact stats overall 3.5 and science 3.7 (I think) 

did not retake any Chem or science because I had As 

40 hours shadowing a CRNA 

no community hours or research  

I also know I got the ABG right in the interview if that matters haha

1 year in cardiac step down unit with preceptor and charge experience 

2 years in medical surgical ICU and neurological ICU with preceptor and charge experience 

On the professional practice council that represented ICU/ incorporated evidence based practice and research into the unit

daisy award 

Irene fishely award

7 months and currently in a trauma ICU 

BSN GPA: 3.96

Science GPA: 3.8

Overall GPA: 3.3 

60 hours of shadow experience and got my recommendation of letter from her; got my other two from the CNO of my hospital and director of ICU

very involved in my unit and facility so used that as my "community service" and also would volunteer at jubilee center which is like a soup kitchen

member of the AACN and attended yearly conventions.

hahaha I hope that matter I got my right too, I don't have chem but all the rest yes. hopefully I am in this year. I havent lost hope!

with all this and they put you in waitlist,  I would love to know what they look for in a good candidate. you should have got in from the first beginning.

I do also have CCRN! But you got this don't lose hope!! Sometimes I think we think we aren't good enough and we have to have all these things but the right school will see something in you and more than just what the numbers say. Having high numbers and scores isn't always everything so no one lose hope!
