Florida Hospital Tampa hr phone screen

I will be having a phone screen with Florida Hospital Tampa on Monday with I'm guessing someone in HR. Has anyone else be through this before? Is it like a regular interview? The email I received said that it's a 30 minute phone screen and I just want to be as prepared as possible. So, if anyone has any tips, information, or advice I'd really appreciate it!

If the phone screen goes OK, do they the send your info to one or more hiring managers? I was so happy that I'm even being considered but I know that they have a lot of applicants so I really want to make a good first impression to increase my chances. I have been applying for my first RN position since July and would love to finally get an offer and move back to Florida. I went there for a Bachelors degree in another field years ago and always promised myself I would move back once I had a career. So, I'm praying for a Christmas miracle! LOL!! Only thing I've ever heard about FL Hospital is that the pay is terrible. In the dark otherwise.

the pay and everything else here is terrible. Please do not give up on yourself and keep on interviewing. This is where all of the dregs of nursing end up. Management is a cess pool of just bad nursing, poor leadership and rot. Oh! Don't forget to add in a cultish religion. You can do much better.
