Florida Hospital Application Status

U.S.A. Florida

Published

Hi everyone :)

I did a search on this, but all I found were old threads that talked about a different status.

I applied this morning for Florida Hospital's GN program. About an hour later, they sent me the personality survey and the link to the digital interview.

I did those and went to check my status. It went straight from, "Application Received" to "Completed".

All of the threads I read said that their statuses went from "Application Received" to "Under Initial Review" for a few weeks before they got phone calls for interviews or emails of denial.

What does it mean if it goes straight to "Completed"? I'm not sure which HR to call to ask about it since the application is for all campuses.

Has anyone else applied? Does anyone know what the "Completed" status is?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A week later after I applied it went from "completed" to "application under initial review".

It's been a week and a half now since that update.

Hi!

So, two days after I posted this, the recruiter called and we talked about my resume, which campuses I wanted, and which areas I wanted. She then put me in for 3 PCU positions and 1 ICU position. My jobcart updated at that point.

The HR people for the three PCU positions called this week and set up interviews for next week. I'm still waiting to hear from the ICU position.

All of mine say completed except for the ICU one, which says, "Under initial review".

Good luck!

Awesome!!

Which locations? How are your preparing?

I'm interviewing at East, Winter Park, and Altamonte.

So far, I've been reviewing ECG strips and running through patient senarios like or with chest pain/MI, diabetic patients, etc.

I talked with one of the nurse managers and she said not to stress, it's nothing super hard.

Have you heard anything?

I have interviews this week and next week for PCU, ICU, Med Surg/Tele and Spine/Ortho. I believe most of mine are for Orlando, Altamonte and East Orlando. I'd prefer Winter Park though. Good luck!!! Fingers crossed :)

That's great! I just had an ICU interview a few days ago, and I've got 2 more tomorrow for PCUs. I'm hoping it won't take too long to get feedback, although, I've decided to push off entering until July. I want a bit more time to study for NCLEX.

I wish you the best!!
