Yea at 8pm tonight. The email with the link. Admission denied.

I'm so sorry. I still haven't heard anything yet. I'm guessing I didn't get in either.

Same

Hi everyone,

I have been following this thread since the beginning and I'm so happy for those of you who got in. Congratulations!

For the ones that didn't, I am sorry. Did the school offer any feedback or advice to you?

Don't be too hard on yourself. I remember reading a self study report by the school of nursing about the school of nursing, and how their struggle to recruit faculty affects their ability to grow the program and accept more students. I am sure you were all qualified.

For those that are waiting I am still waiting too. I interviewed on February 19 for FNP MSN at Harbor Branch.

I am hoping this delay does suggest a denial. I am hoping that it has more to do with when we interviewed and what campus we applied to.

Having said that, I underestimated how competitive this program is, especially at Harbor Branch which is a small group. Also, isn't this is one of the few FNP programs still offered by a state school at the MSN level? Haven't most transitioned to DNP only?

Anybody still waiting to hear back?

still waiting here

Anybody apply to the Plantation location?

Hi everyone! Congratulations to all who've been accepted—and to those who weren't this time, don't give up! If becoming a Nurse Practitioner is your goal, keep pushing forward. I was conditionally accepted to the Harbor Branch campus. Is there a Facebook group I can join to stay in the loop and connected?
