FIU FALL 2017 generic bsn

Hi everyone! I started this forum since there was not one for fiu 2017 yet. We can share our stats and information for next fall.

Im hoping to apply to FIU for Fall 2018. I have most of the pre reqs done, but am unsure on the chem pre req. Is it possible to take chm 1025 and the lab in iieu of CHM1032 and it lab?

How many days a week are classes and labs?

Hi! @pirategirl305 I know this is late lol but for the fall semester our lecture/lab classes were Monday-Wednesday and Clinicals were either on Thursday or Friday depending on which section you are placed in. we had two labs which were on the same day of their corresponding lecture and they are 4 hours long. It is definitely a new environment and a lot of getting used to.

hey @disneylove225! I applied for this upcoming fall, I'm wondering if you got to choose what hospital you do your clinicals in or do they choose it for you? where did you do them?

they choose the hospital based on your zip code! I did a few locations in the memorial healthcare system so far. if you live in the Miami area, there is Aventura hospital, south Miami hospital, Jackson, UM
