I failed the AANP Adult-Gero Primary Care exam by 7 points. There were acute care questions on the exam (there was a question about tPA, when would that ever be used in a primary care setting). I took the Fitzgerald online review (which is just the live review recorded & able to do at my own pace). I swear when I purchased it, I read something about getting free remediation somewhere, but I can not find it anywhere. I called them to inquire, and they told me the remediation was a phone call with Margaret Fitzgerald (which is just really a go to meeting online with everyone else who failed, they made it sound like it was personalized to my strength/weaknesses). Does anyone know where I can find the information for their guarantee? I felt my weakness was pharm, so I am do three courses through barkley on meds. I did Fitzgerald & read Leik book from front to back, took notes & answered all of her questions, along with 3 practice test from apea & 2 barkley drts before last exam. I am scheduled to take ancc exam next week. I am review my previous things plus added Brown & Dunphy review book (which is basically questions), the pharm review & 2 more drt exams. Hopefully this is enough to pass the exam this time. I can't believe I failed by only one or two questions!
