new grad job interviews

One place I already worked at so they just asked general questions like, where do you see yourself in a year?, what do you want to accomplish in the next year?

One place was more about them and what they could offer. they did ask what shift was my preference?

The one which I accepted asked a lot of questions. They asked the normal one such as, tell me a time that you were in conflict with someone and what did you do about it? Tell me a time that you solved a problem? Have you ever broken a rule? They also had patient scenarios such as a pt has a change in LOC, what would you do? a pt is just out of surgery and has changes is vital signs, what would you do?

Be yourself, have questions that you want to ask already written down so you don't forget them. Write down the names of the people doing the interview so you can write a thank you note to them. Good luck in your Job Search.

why hospt are u at? I'm looking to head to md after I grad in may and I saw your from md.

I work in DC. There are some great hospitals in Maryland. Check out the MD state forum and you will find a lot of posts about the different ones.
